  • About Our Pogram:  MotherToBaby CT, is a service of the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists, otherwise known as OTIS.  We are a suggested resource by many agencies, including the CDC and we provide free counseling and evidence-based information about exposures such as alcohol, cigarette smoking, medications and vaccines during pregnancy and breastfeeding to both patients and providers. Our staff is made up of teratogen information specialists, genetics counselors, nurses and doctors.  We would like to send out brochures that can be handed out to patients and providers who may have additional questions about exposure concerns.   We are open to be added to newsletters, websites or billboards or have clients referred to our counseling toll free number listed below by servicing programs.
